Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for students
– Create a positive and engaging learning environment
– Educate and support students in their behavioral and emotional development
– Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
– Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills
– Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers
– Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior
Qualifications:
– Experience working with students in a daycare or early childhood education setting
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and professionals
– CPR/First Aid Certified
This position is for our explorers classroom consisting of ages 15-24 months old.
You will oversee a classroom of four students.
