RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Portion, prepare, and assemble menu items (Munchies, Greens and Sweets) as requested
  • Possess a solid sense of timing; follow cooking and plating procedures to ensure each guest receives a timely, fresh meal

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more)

  • Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for our premium stone-baked pizzas
