We’re hiring a bartender who can own the bar during dinner and happy hour, make guests feel like they’re somewhere special, and keep the energy high without sacrificing precision.

Job specifications:
- Mix and serve craft cocktails, classics, whiskey pours, wine, and beer to bar guests and the dining room.
- Know (or quickly learn) our seasonal drink list, whiskey selection, and pairings with the food.
- Handle POS, cash, and cards; keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized; help with inventory and prep.
- Create a warm, professional experience at the bar and on the patio—great conversation, timely service, and the kind of hospitality that turns first-timers into regulars.

Requirements:
- 21 or older (Missouri law: you must be 21 to mix or serve across the bar).
- Prior bartending experience, ideally in a cocktail-focused or full-service restaurant. Whiskey knowledge and comfort with a changing seasonal list are big pluses.
- Strong guest skills, reliability, and the ability to stay calm and accurate when it’s busy.
- Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday evenings (we’re closed Sunday and Monday). Shifts typically cover happy hour (Tue–Fri 3–5 pm) through close.
- Physical stamina for a busy bar: standing, moving cases, and working on your feet.
