Cashier

Chicken Scratch is opening a new restaurant in Glendale 9900 Manchester Rd. 

We focus on rotisserie chicken, market driven sides, sandwiches, sauces, and salads.  

The Register role is a critical roll in presenting the guest with a positive hospitality experience as the take their order, present them with their options, clearly communicate, complete the transaction, and sell the food.  

The register role is responsible for

  • A friendly and positive attitude

Assistant Manager

Dishwasher

The dishwasher’s duties include removing soiled plates and flatware, washing them thoroughly. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare chop stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash and compost receptacles, and other duties, as needed. As our back of the house team, you will be tasked to create a warm and comfortable ambiance through outstanding operational support.

To be successful as a dishwasher, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.

Duties include:

  • Set up the wash station according to Crushed Red’s guidelines and standards.
  • Inspect and test sanitizer for proper temperature or chemical mix and properly set up the wash station.
  • Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in the proper storage area.
  • Keep the wash room clean and organized.
  • Bag and haul kitchen trash to the dumpster and recycling bin.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
  • Compost leftover food per guidelines.

Cannabis Harvest Trim

Job responsibilities include:

  • Harvesting cannabis plants by cutting the flowers of the plants from their stems
  • Weighing, labeling and packaging trimmed buds

Daily production quotas must be adhered to, and schedule flexibility is a plus. All cultivation employees must adhere to local and state laws and regulations related to cannabis production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations.

Assistant Manager
