Responsibilities

  • Hiring: Assists with the talent recruitment and selection process for all employees including servers, bartenders, & cooks.  May help conduct employment interviews.
  • Staff Onboarding: Assisting with on-site orientation for all new hire staff members.  Ensuring that all staff are properly trained by department Training Captains.

Summary: Delivery Driver’s primary responsibility is to deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated delivery area.
