    Client Success & Operations Lead (Hybrid Role)

    Radiant Results | Full-Time

    This Role, Clearly Defined

    This is a hybrid role combining Client Success and light operational leadership.

    It is designed for a high-performing individual who can manage the client experience and take ownership of key operational functions as the clinic grows.

    You are not just executing tasks — you are helping the clinic run.

    You protect the client experience AND help ensure the operation stays on track.

    Where This Role Fits

    • The Case Manager builds the plan (clinical results)

    • This role protects the plan AND supports the operation

    • This role is the bridge between front desk execution and operational ownership

    This is not a full Office Manager role —

    but it is the first step toward one.


    What You Actually Do

    Client Experience & Retention (Primary Responsibility)

    • Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism and energy

    • Ensure clients are scheduled correctly and stay consistent with their plans

    • Follow up with missed appointments and maintain accountability

    • Reinforce Case Manager recommendations and treatment plans

    • Build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication

    Accountability & Communication

    • Keep clients engaged, consistent, and supported

    • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks — scheduling, communication, or follow-up

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

    Operations Support (Secondary Responsibility)

    • Support daily clinic operations and flow

    • Assist in identifying scheduling inefficiencies or bottlenecks

    • Help maintain organization of systems, supplies, and workflow

    • Flag operational issues early and communicate proactively

    • Step in to help solve problems when needed

    Light Team & Workflow Support

    • Help maintain accountability to systems and standards

    • Assist with coordinating schedules and daily flow

    • Support leadership in keeping operations consistent and organized


    What Success Looks Like

    • Clients show up consistently and stay on plan

    • Scheduling is clean, accurate, and efficient

    • The front of house runs smoothly and professionally

    • Small operational issues are identified and solved early

    • Nothing is missed, forgotten, or loosely executed

    • Leadership is not pulled into daily operational problems

    Case Manager – Clinical Results Lead

    Radiant Results | Full-Time

    This is not a spa position - This is not a passive service role.

    This is a results-driven, client-facing clinical leadership role.

    The Case Manager owns the outcomes of our clients.

    You are responsible for understanding each client’s situation, building a clear plan, and ensuring that plan produces measurable, visible results.

    You build the plan. You drive the results.

    What You Actually Do

    Clinical Leadership & Strategy

    • Conduct all first appointments and consultations

    • Perform measurements, Styku scans, and progress evaluations

    • Analyze client goals, lifestyle, and health factors

    • Build structured treatment plans and clearly communicate them

    • Adjust protocols based on real, measurable outcomes

    Results & Accountability

    • Track client progress and ensure results are being achieved

    • Identify when clients are off track and intervene

    • Lead continuation and renewal conversations with confidence

    • Set expectations and hold clients accountable to the process

    Client Relationship & Trust

    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients

    • Guide clients through challenges with clarity and confidence

    • Communicate directly, professionally, and with purpose

    • Be comfortable working in a clinical setting, including clients in minimal clothing

    • Clients are seeing real, measurable results

    • Treatment plans are clear, structured, and effective

    • Re-exams are thorough and outcome-driven

    • Clients trust your recommendations and follow your lead
