What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression

• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating to ensure smooth guest flow

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus with a smile

• Answer basic questions about the menu, specials, or restaurant services

• Assist with takeout orders and phone inquiries as needed

• Communicate wait times clearly and keep guests updated during busy hours

• Support servers and bussers to keep the dining room clean and organized

Who You Are

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional in all guest interactions

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience is a plus but not required
