Winslow’s Table, part of the Take Root Hospitality family, is looking for a reliable and professional Shift Lead for evening hours (typically ending around 8:30pm-9:00pm) and Sundays (with the option of opening or closing that day). This role combines basic leadership responsibilities with a strong emphasis on customer service and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Oversight

You’ll support the team, handle cash closing, and ensure the restaurant is securely locked up at the end of the night.

Customer Service & Guest Interaction

You’ll be the friendly, mature presence that guests can rely on for both positive experiences and any concerns that might arise. Whether it’s resolving a small issue on the spot or knowing when to call in a more senior manager, your role will be to ensure guests feel heard and valued.

Register, Cash Handling & Closing Duties

In addition to hospitable guest interactions, you’ll handle end-of-night procedures like closing the register, tracking sales, and securing the restaurant.
