As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Whether you’re steaming milk for a perfect latte or recommending a new blend, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests keep coming back for more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare & Serve Beverages: Craft high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.

• Customer Interaction: Run drinks to guests as needed, discuss customer questions, offer team support. 

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean and stocked.

• Stock & Inventory: Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

• Follow Health & Safety Standards: Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed.

• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with coworkers to ensure smooth operations and great service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for coffee and customer service.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail when making drinks and following recipes.

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player- ideally open availability.

• Previous barista or restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
