Description
Position: Content Creator Reports to: Marketing & Sales Director and Growth & Development Director POSITION OVERVIEW: Full-time salaried position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Graphic Design, Photography, Social Media Content Documentation and Printing. Weekly work expectations include 40+ hours divided between "Onsite Office Hours" and "Event Hours". A minimum of 24 Onsite Office Hours are expected weekly and will be scheduled and approved by Manager. The Content Creator will process work requests from current 1000 Spruce venues (Wheelhouse & Start Bar), new venue TBA opening March 2019 and growth opportunities to work on new venues in the future. TOOLS PROVIDED: Mac desktop with Adobe Creative Cloud Company Iphone to be used for Social Content Documentation GoPro Camera WEEKLY HOURS Onsite Office Hours: Monday (mandatory) and two additional days T-F * opportunity to transition to work from home "Office Hours" after one year of employment Event Hours: vary week to week *some heavy event weeks may require increased event coverage (ie NYE week, Cardinals or Blues playoffs) Job duties and responsibilities Graphic Design and Print: Field and organize all print and design requests in Basecamp (ie social media graphics, event posters, digital ads etc) Design, print and trim all materials by requested due date (ie outbound sales packets, coupons, menu updates etc) Social Documentation: Creating content by documenting food, drinks, guests and environment with company provided Iphone by taking photos, video clips and boomerangs Photography: May include but is not limited to Wheelhouse Saturday & Sunday brunches Wheelhouse Friday & Saturday Late Nights Pre & Post Game Day crowds Special Downtown Event crowds Start Bar Thursday Ladies Night Start Bar SundayFunday 1000 Spruce Private Parties (both Corporate + Social gatherings) Food + Drink menu photography The ideal candidate will have a strong photography and graphic design background and own their own full frame DSL camera and photography equipment. Experience managing print orders is a plus! Video and Social Media knowledge and/or experience is a plus!
