• Customer interactions
• Food and beverage service
• Mixing and pouring drinks
• General bar preparation and maintenance.

Responsibilites include:

• General duties consistent with assisting bartenders needs
• Bar stocking
• Maintenance of bar and bar area
• General bar prep

• Maintaining a safe and clean enviornment for the customers and co-workers
• Setup for late night
• Breakdown/Cleaning at the end of the night
• Highest level of guesg service for clients and guests

Responsibilites include:

• Planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
