    Responsibilities:
    - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for students
    - Create a positive and engaging learning environment
    - Educate and support students in their behavioral and emotional development
    - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
    - Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills
    - Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers
    - Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior

    Qualifications:
    - Experience working with students in a daycare or early childhood education setting
    - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    - Ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
    - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    - Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and professionals

    - CPR/First Aid Certified

    You will oversee a classroom of four students.
