As a Laundromat Attendant at WashStudio, your main responsibilities will be:

• Customer Service and Satisfaction: You will aid customers in understanding the payment systems, selecting the appropriate machines, and operating them efficiently. Furthermore, you will work the front counter by assisting customers with retail purchases, wash/dry/fold, and dry cleaning orders. 
• Wash/Dry/Fold: You will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality service by carefully washing, drying, and folding clothing and linen. The goal is to ensure that we always deliver a consistent and premium product to our customers. Washing and folding garments is a big part of the role. It is fast-paced and requires you to be on your feet.
• Store Cleanliness and Upkeep: You will ensure the store is always clean and tidy, both inside and out. This includes following proper cleaning routines and documenting their completion.
• Building and Equipment Maintenance: You will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as cleaning dryer vents, ensuring the machines' exteriors are clean, and removing objects left inside machines. Any equipment or building maintenance issues should be appropriately documented and any unsafe situations escalated to the Store Manager.
• Store Safety and Security: Maintaining a safe environment within the store is paramount. This involves adhering to appropriate security procedures and ensuring the safety of both employees and customers.
• Policies and Procedures: You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
