In this dynamic role, you'll lead a team of 35-45 dedicated staff members to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Train and lead Front of House staff, including Bartenders, Servers, Hosts, Bussers, Expos, Delivery Drivers, and Supervisors.
• Scheduling: Write and manage employee schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
• Hiring & Training: Conduct interviews, hire new team members, and oversee their training and development.
• Operational Management: Manage ordering, inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), labor, and expenses using in-house software.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests by touching tables and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Cleaning Duties: Oversee daily and general cleaning responsibilities to maintain a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience is required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Availability: Must be available for day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• License/Certification: Driver's License preferred.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
