Village Marina is looking for an experienced and motivated Candidate to join our team!

This will be one of the greatest opportunities for someone that is looking for more than a career, and not a Job.

• Candidate should have marine industry knowledge, but also willing to train.
• A boat enthusiast with a positive disposition and a strong knowledge of boats and boat systems are a plus for this position.

You will perform a variety of duties to include but not limited to:

• Good Customer Service
• Maintain parts supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating parts as needed.
• Provide parts to Service Techs and Customers
• Order parts and provide estimated delivery dates to Service Techs and Service Writers
• Research and call on different vendors to locate parts.
• Check in and distribute orders as they come in, and check them into Lightspeed for further notification
• Answer phones
• Generate a daily report on cash regijster and deposit
• Package and mail parts
• Advise customers of products and services that may improve their experience while using their boat.
• Maintaining relations with vendors

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)
