Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Line Cook to join our award-winning kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have prior professional kitchen experience, but we’re also willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to grow in a fine dining environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside a talented culinary team in one of St. Louis’ most celebrated restaurants.
Schedule & Compensation

Shifts begin between 1:00–2:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday

Compensation includes hourly pay + team-based tip share
-
Average earnings: $22–$24 per hour
What You’ll Do

Prepare and execute dishes to the standards of the restaurant

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence
-
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
-
Support prep work, station setup, and breakdown as needed
What We’re Looking For

Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred

Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fine dining environment

Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced kitchen

Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence

Punctual and reliable with flexible availability during scheduled shifts
