Responsibilites include:
- Will report to Director Of Culinary Operations
- Assist with Daily Preperation of Soups, Sauces, Dressings, Cooking with Proteins for 4 locations
- Be able to follow recipes
- Communicate very well with team members
- Proper Knife Skills
- Assist with preparation of weekend brunch menu and specials
- Morning Afternoon Shift
- Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Also assist with preparation, execution and packaging of multiple catering orders througout the day
- must be able to motivate , multi task and independent thinker
- Inventory management
- Supervising kitchen staff
- Highly Organized with streamlining our ordering systems with our 4 locations
- Planning and executing Seasonal Specials
