In this fast-paced environment, you will assist in daily meal preparations and the execution of our renowned brunch menu, all while honing your culinary skills and collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations: Report directly to the Director of Culinary Operations and assist with daily preparation of soups, sauces, dressings, and proteins.
• Menu Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of our exciting weekend brunch menu and seasonal specials.
• Team Communication: Foster clear communication with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Food Preparation: Follow recipes accurately and demonstrate proper knife skills.
• Catering Support: Assist in the preparation, execution, and packaging of multiple catering orders throughout the day.
• Inventory Management: Help manage inventory and streamline ordering systems across our four locations.
• Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
• Multitasking: Motivate and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Strong culinary skills and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Highly organized with the ability to streamline processes.
• Creative thinking for planning and executing seasonal specials.
