Responsibilites include:

• Management of all daily operations
• Management of staff
• Oversight of daily revenue and cost of goods.
• Key Holder  
• Cash Control and paperwork responsibilites 
• Focus on Cleanliness
• Holding crew members accountable
• Will Report to Director of Operations and Assistant GM
• Helping out with Production

Responsibilites include:

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
• Clean service and seating areas
• Be able to work with Smoothie line assembling Smoothies and Smoothie Bowls
• Be able to pour Bloody Mary, Mimosas and Boozie Smoothies
• Ability to Follow our Coffee and Smoothie Recipes

Responsibilites include:

• Food preparation and assistance to Chef and Sous Chef
• Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.

Responsibilities include:

• Event planning
• Design and production to accommodate client needs
• Working directly with clients to identify needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, equipment, promotional material etc.

• Taking orders and processing payments
• Maintaining food safety and sanitation
• General establishment tasks and maintenance

• Oversight of marketing, finance, special events, etc

• Prep work for the Truck and assisting with Prep at our 2 Restaurants
