As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes and kitchen equipment.

It’s not a hard job it doesn’t take much to fall behind because you get distracted or discouraged. So I’m looking for someone who is strong minded who is able to learn other positions in the kitchen in the future. I like to start people out washing dishes that way they know The struggles of the kitchen. I am hiring a dishwasher immediately. I would like to find someone who has open availability. There is one other Dishwasher currently and because it’s summer, I will be hiring two Dishwasher. The week will be split up Amongst the three dishwashers. This will clearly give you guys 40 hours. There is a chance of overtime so keep in mind that because I schedule you till 10 or because I schedule you till 4. You could work past them hours. Maintain a clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools

• Keep the dish area and kitchen clean and organized. That also includes keeping the walls wiped.

• Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks when needed

One thing I will not tolerate is someone who works for me telling me that’s not my job. I don’t get paid for that. If you’re on the clock and you’re working for me, whatever job is brought to you and ask of you is your job. All that does for you is give you some more experience in other areas of the kitchen. I want someone who is willing to learn, willing to show up on time with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Hardworking and reliable, And shows up to work on time when scheduled, 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Sometimes the stress or overwhelming pressure Is able to take over. When that happens stop and ask for help. We have a very close staff and we will help where we can will never let you get too far in over your head.

No stealing, no drugs, no violence. Communication is key if you have a problem, bring it to my attention or to my Kitchen Manager’s attention. He will take care of you, if he can’t I will.
