Twisted Ranch is hiring experienced, dependable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. We are looking for individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, maintain consistency under pressure, and take pride in producing quality food every shift.

Line Cook / Prep Cook
Location: Twisted Ranch
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Twisted Ranch recipes and standards
• Maintain proper food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Set up, stock, and break down kitchen stations daily
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout shift
• Properly rotate and label products using FIFO standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, expo, and management
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Assist with prep work, stocking, cleaning, and closing duties
• Monitor ticket times and maintain consistency during rushes
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Help maintain kitchen organization, pars, and inventory levels
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health department standards

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required
