Join the team at Trainwreck Saloon, one of St. Louis’s favorite local spots for great food, drinks, and a lively atmosphere. We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team as Servers and Bartenders.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service at all times

• Greet guests, take orders accurately, and process checks efficiently

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent table service

• Mix and pour drinks according to Trainwreck’s recipes and service standards

• Assist with general bar prep, restocking, and maintenance throughout shifts

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bar areas, and dining spaces

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, side work, and cleanup

• Support teammates and communicate effectively to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train candidates with exceptional people skills

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professional appearance

• Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

• Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol
