  • Feeding: Providing food and water to animals according to their needs
  • Exercising: Taking animals on walks and playing with them in play areas
  • Grooming: Assisting with bathing, brushing, and trimming nails
  • Healthcare: Administering medication and treatments as directed by management or veterinary staff
  • Record keeping: Maintaining records of animal care, behavior, treatments, vaccinations, and medications
  • Customer service: Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries and reservations, and providing emotional support and companionship to animals
  • Following all safety regulations and guidelines
