General Responsibilities:- Cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting kennels, cages, runs, and yards
- Feeding: Providing food and water to animals according to their needs
- Exercising: Taking animals on walks and playing with them in play areas
- Grooming: Assisting with bathing, brushing, and trimming nails
- Healthcare: Administering medication and treatments as directed by management or veterinary staff
- Record keeping: Maintaining records of animal care, behavior, treatments, vaccinations, and medications
- Customer service: Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries and reservations, and providing emotional support and companionship to animals
- Following all safety regulations and guidelines
