What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook at Trail Stop Brewery, you’ll help create the made-from-scratch food that pairs perfectly with our craft beer. Daily duties include:

Washing dishes and maintaining clean, organized work areas

Prepping ingredients for service — chopping, slicing, portioning, and labeling

Making dough, baking bread, and preparing sauces and dressings

Cooking food using a wood-fire oven and convection oven

Preparing cold items such as salads, desserts, and gelato

Following recipes and maintaining consistency with every dish

Rotating stock and storing ingredients properly

Supporting teammates and completing additional tasks assigned by management
What We’re Looking For

Proven kitchen experience preferred (restaurant or brewery setting a plus)

Strong knife skills and solid understanding of food safety and sanitation

Ability to multitask, manage timing, and stay calm under pressure

Dependable, team-focused, and takes pride in quality work
-
Must be able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavy items
Compensation
This is a full-time hourly position.
