Hourly employees in both front and back of house participate in a tip pool. The average tip pool payout is $6.50/hr.

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook at Trail Stop Brewery, you’ll help create the made-from-scratch food that pairs perfectly with our craft beer. Daily duties include:

• Washing dishes and maintaining clean, organized work areas

• Prepping ingredients for service — chopping, slicing, portioning, and labeling

• Making dough, baking bread, and preparing sauces and dressings

• Cooking food using a wood-fire oven and convection oven

• Preparing cold items such as salads, desserts, and gelato

• Following recipes and maintaining consistency with every dish

• Rotating stock and storing ingredients properly

• Supporting teammates and completing additional tasks assigned by management

What We’re Looking For

• Proven kitchen experience preferred (restaurant or brewery setting a plus)

• Strong knife skills and solid understanding of food safety and sanitation

• Ability to multitask, manage timing, and stay calm under pressure

• Dependable, team-focused, and takes pride in quality work

• Must be able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavy items

We are currently hiring for dishwashers with full-time availability. The PM shift runs from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes

• Taking out trash throughout the shift and at the end of the night

• Sweeping, mopping, and closing the dish pit at the end of the night

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked work station

• Cleaning and sanitizing prep areas and equipment

• Additional tasks as assigned by management
