About the Role

Tonyburgers is hiring Restaurant Team Members (Crew Members) for both part-time and full-time positions. This is an entry-level food service role ideal for candidates with experience — or interest — in customer service, food preparation, and restaurant operations.

No experience required. Paid training provided.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Customer service and guest-facing communication
• Food preparation and adherence to food safety standards
• Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system operation
• Kitchen equipment operation (fryers, grills, food warmers)
• Teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take accurate orders, and process payments using our POS system
• Prepare and cook menu items following Tonyburgers' food safety and quality standards
• Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and food prep stations
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and restrooms per health code standards
• Communicate shift updates and concerns to Shift Leader
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-first environment
