Customer interactions, food and beverage service, mixing and pouring drinks, general bar preparation and maintenance.  Must be able to work Friday and Saturday nights.   Must have experience.  Our bartenders have the ability to make 300+ in tips those nights.   

• Taking food to the guests' tables
• Clearing tables
• Stocking
• Assisting service needs as they arise
• Dishwashing
• Assisting kitchen needs
• Work Thursday to Sunday days

Responsible for fulfilling guest orders as they are prepared by the line cooks. Ensure accuracy and maintains efficient ticket times. communicates to food runners, and line cooks.

• Delivering food to tables
• Communicating with guests
• Supporting kitchen staff in getting food to customers in a timely manner.
• Work Thursdays thru Sundays daytime
• Bussing and wiping down tables
• Washing dishes
