Responsibilities:

• Cook menu items according to recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Assist with prep work and stock inventory.

Requirements:

✅ Experience in a kitchen setting preferred.

✅ Strong knife skills and cooking techniques.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview:

As a Prep Cook, you’ll handle ingredient prep to support the kitchen team and ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities:

• Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas.

• Follow all food safety and handling procedures.

Requirements:

✅ Basic knife skills and kitchen experience preferred.

✅ Ability to follow directions and recipes.

Customer interactions, food and beverage service, mixing and pouring drinks, general bar preparation and maintenance.  Must be able to work Friday and Saturday nights.   Must have experience.  Our bartenders have the ability to make 300+ in tips those nights.

Responsible for fulfilling guest orders as they are prepared by the line cooks. Ensure accuracy and maintains efficient ticket times. communicates to food runners, and line cooks.
