Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service

Operations & Cleanliness

• Assist with inventory control and participate in stock rotation.

Teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

Barback Duties

• Wash, polish, and organize glassware to maintain high presentation standards.

• Help set up and break down the bar before and after service.

Security Duties

• Greet guests and check IDs to verify legal drinking age compliance.

• Monitor entrances, exits, and guest activity to maintain a safe environment.

• De-escalate conflicts and remove disruptive or intoxicated guests when necessary.

• Perform routine safety checks of the Wine Garden and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior hospitality or security experience preferred (barback, security, or both).
