Located in the heart of Union Station, we proudly provide our guests with exceptional service, properly mixed cocktails, and thoughtful modern American fare in a sleek and exciting environment. We are open for lunch and dinner daily!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming and inviting space for our guests

Take food & drink orders, and collaborate with the kitchen/bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders

Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks based on guest preferences

Complete all necessary side work before, after, and throughout shifts to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations

Deliver a memorable dining experience and effectively communicate with management to resolve customer issues or complaints promptly

Anticipate the needs of our guests & exceed their expectations

Arrive to work on time, properly dressed and prepared for shift

The ideal candidate will have:

Prior experience in a full-service, high-volume establishment

Basic knowledge of food safety, and proper food handling

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Highly developed interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of beer, wine, spirits & cocktails

The ability to work well as part of a team, and contribute to the success of all team members

Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems

High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
