Resposibilities:

• Assist bartenders by restocking glassware, garnishes, ice and alcohol
• Keep bar area clean, organized and free of clutter
• Collect and clean empty glassware form the bar and seating areas
• Assist with keg changes, bottle restocking and maintaining bar's inventory
• Perform basic bar setup and breakdown duties before and after service
• Help bartenders with any additional tasks to keep service running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bar back or in a simular role is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy items such as kegs and boxes of supplies
• Available to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Positive and team-oriented attitude

• Greet guests with warm and friendly attitude 
• Manage waitlist using our system
• Oversee table times while quoting new parties for waitlist
• Escort guests to their tables while maintaining steady flow of seating
• Answer phone and provide information about the restaurant, hours and menu
• Ensure each guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk in 

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or host experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Responsibilites include:

• Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Expo for our holiday pop up restaurant, Sleigh Shed. Known for our high-energy atmosphere, creative cocktails, and fun festive bites! Responsibilities:

• Serve as a middleman between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring all food orders are accurate and presented beautifully before leaving the kitchen
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to standard and meet quality control guidelines before being served
• Coordinate food delivery to tables in a timely-manner during high-volume service
• Monitor ticket times and communicate with the kitchen to maintain speed and efficiency
• Help keep expo line clean, organized and stocked throughout service
• Communicate effectively with chefs, servers and managers to facilitate smooth service during busy shifts

Qualifications:

• Experience as a kitchen expo or in a similar high-volume restaurant role is preferred 
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail to ensure all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standard
