Join the festive fun at our high-energy holiday pop-up restaurant, Sleigh Shed! We specialize in creative, cocktail heavy menus and one-of-a-kind holiday experience that keeps guests coming back every year. As a Drink Expeditor (Expo), you will be the vital link between the bar and service team. Your primary role is to ensure that cocktails and drinks are prepared correctly, served swiftly, and meet our standards. You will manage drink orders, communicate with bartenders, and keep everyhting flowing smoothly in our high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Garnish and tray drink orders according to table and seat number
- Ensure all cocktails/bar drinks are prepared to standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management
- Communicate with bartenders, servers and managers to facilitate smooth service during busy shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a love for festive celebrations
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays

As a Barback, you will be the backbone of the bar team, ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve guests quickly and efficiently. You'll be responsilbe for restocking supplies, cleaning and maintaining an organized bar area. This is th eideal role for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is eager to support a busy team.
Resposibilities:
- Assist bartenders by restocking glassware, garnishes, ice and alcohol
- Keep bar area clean, organized and free of clutter
- Collect and clean empty glassware form the bar and seating areas
- Assist with keg changes, bottle restocking and maintaining bar's inventory
- Perform basic bar setup and breakdown duties before and after service
- Help bartenders with any additional tasks to keep service running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bar back or in a simular role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a middleman between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring all food orders are accurate and presented beautifully before leaving the kitchen
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to standard and meet quality control guidelines before being served
- Coordinate food delivery to tables in a timely-manner during high-volume service
- Monitor ticket times and communicate with the kitchen to maintain speed and efficiency
- Help keep expo line clean, organized and stocked throughout service
- Communicate effectively with chefs, servers and managers to facilitate smooth service during busy shifts
Qualifications:
- Experience as a kitchen expo or in a similar high-volume restaurant role is preferred
