- Training and Development: Train, coach, and mentor Tearistas to enhance their tea knowledge, brewing techniques, customer engagement skills, and overall performance. Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for tea, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed. Maintain accurate records of stock, ensure proper storage, and implement inventory control measures.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage teahouse financials, including sales performance, profitability, and expense control. Prepare and analyze reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Menu Development and Special Events: Collaborate with the team to curate and update the tea menu, introduce seasonal offerings, and develop tea-based beverages. Plan and organize special events, promotions, and tea tastings to attract and engage customers.
- Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with tea suppliers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Marketing and Promotion: Execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive repeat business.
- Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong passion for tea, with extensive knowledge of different tea varieties, brewing techniques, and tea culture.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging teahouse environment.
