Responsibilities include:

• Heavy Focus on Hospitality and Guest Interactions 
• Oversees general operations, employee responsibilities, and restaurant upkeep
• Handles daily finances.
• Strong Knowledge of FOH operations
• Creative Leader
• Organizational Skills
• Inventory Managment preferred but not required
• Experience in fast pace casual dining 
• Must be available nights and weekends
