• Management of all daily operations
• Finanacial Understaning and Labor Control
• Management of staff
• Oversight of daily revenue and cost of goods
• Orders and Inventory 
• Hiring and Staff Managment
• Quick ability to Move up 

Responsibilites include:

• Food preparation and assistance to the Kitchen Manager.
• Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.

Responsibilites include:

• Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware
• General maintenance of dish area and kitchen
