Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Program Development: Design and implement innovative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options, to enhance our guests' dining experience.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the bar staff, ensuring a high level of service and adherence to quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee beverage ordering, inventory control, and cost management to optimize profitability.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure a memorable experience at our full-service restaurant.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously innovate our beverage program.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beverage Director, Bar Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Extensive knowledge of beverage offerings, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification is a plus.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
