HIGH VOLUME EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED FOR THIS POSITION.

Craft cocktail, beer, wine, and classic cocktail knowledge is preferred.

Create and maintain menus that satisfy guests. They are responsible for managing food costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory.

Responsibilites include:

• Wipe up spilled food and crumbs
• Refill water glasses
• Transporting food, beverages, condiments and utensils to diners outside of or in coordination with the deliveries made by the waiter or waitress.

Assistant to the general manager

Responsibilites include:

• Management of all daily operations
• Management of staff
• Oversight of daily revenue and cost of goods.

Responsibilites include:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
• Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
• Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)

Responsibilities for this position include:
