Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and assigned line position.
• Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at your station.
• Station Maintenance: Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to uphold food safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a kitchen staff team
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction

Schedule
Full-time position with required availability on nights and weekends. Enjoy two days off in a row each week.
