We're seeking a committed, personable, and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic team at The Landing Eatery and Pub. As a bartender, you'll serve as the face of our bar and a key touchpoint for our guests. Successful candidates will deliver exceptional service and ensure customers enjoy a positive dining experience with us.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, making them feel appreciated and valued.
• Accurately mix and serve drinks, paying close attention to individual preferences and dietary requirements.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our drink menu and effectively upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
• Promptly serve drinks to guests, ensuring accuracy of order and presentation standards.
• Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly with a positive attitude.
• Efficiently handle transactions and process payments, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender
• Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Must be able to work on Saturday's and Sunday's
