We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including Toast POS.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Provide excellent customer service in both nightclub and fine dining settings.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
• Experience with POS systems; familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
• Previous experience in the food industry or retail math is advantageous.
• Strong sales skills to promote drinks and specials effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments typical of nightclubs or restaurants.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques is preferred.
