Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
• Food Service: Prepare and serve fresh foods and baked goods to customers.
• Customer Transactions: Receive and process customer payments accurately.
• Cafe Maintenance: Clean, organize, and stock the cafe to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.
• Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a barista or food service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
