You Will Be Expected To:

• Deliver precision haircuts and disciplined fades with technical consistency and attention to detail

• Perform straight razor services and advanced beard grooming confidently and safely

• Represent an award-winning, veteran-owned brand built on professionalism, discipline, and consistency

• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and respect for clients’ time

• Uphold Tactical Grooming standards in service quality, sanitation, and overall client experience

• Meet or exceed all sanitation and operational standards required by the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering

• Operate with accountability in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment

Compensation Structure:
Tiered commission model rewarding production and retention. Barbers servicing 50+ clients per week regularly earn at the top of the compensation range.
