What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with ~2,000 clients

• Assist customers with in-store shopping and product recommendations

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Maintain a clean and organized store

• Stock inventory and help manage the warehouse

• Operate a forklift (training provided)

• Occasionally travel to customers’ homes for deliveries or instructions

• Regularly open and close the store

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Must be available during store hours:

  • Monday: 9am – 6pm

  • Tuesday – Friday: 9am – 5pm

  • Saturday: 9am – 4pm

  • Closed Sundays & Holidays

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicating with customers to provide excellent service

• Estimating and reporting necessary repairs

• Completing paperwork and documentation

• Ordering parts and managing inventory

• Opening and closing pools for the season

• Assisting with holiday lighting installations through our Christmas Decor division

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain residential swimming pools and hot tubs

• Conduct water tests and apply appropriate chemicals

• Operate various equipment including pumps, filters, vacuums, and brushes

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable with outdoor, physical work
