General Job Description:
Shift Lead Manager on Duty during their shift. Responsible for assisting with training, helpingwith decision making, and filling in for the Manager when needed. The Shift Lead should be ableto be hands on and back-up for every position. Responsible for the overall operation of therestaurant during the shift ensuring all company standards are maintained
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Incorporate the mission statement into daily operations of the store.
- Act as role model and demonstrate professional behavior.
- May assist with administration and paperwork, if requested.
- Greeting, advising and resolving customers and staff issues.
- Maintain accountability for the success of the store by making key decisions and executing problem solving during the shift.
- Communicate with line cooks and Expo to keep product stocked and available for sale. Ensure unavailable products are updated in POS and all FOH staff are aware so they do not sell.
- Adhere to store systems and processes to accomplish day to day operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with all state and federal regulations.
- Monitor labor during the shift ensuring sufficient staffing for the volume.
- Document any incident that occurs during the shift and report to Management.
- Monitor all posted checklists for the staff.
- Training of new employees on the shift and ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed by all staff.

Schedule:
- This position will have shifts that will range from morning to closing in the evening. It will be necessary to be flexible depending on business needs.
