Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Food Truck Staff to join our mobile culinary team. In this role, you’ll be responsible not only for cooking and setting up the truck at various event sites, but also assisting with food prep, service, and maintaining a clean, efficient operation. You’ll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers and helping ensure every stop is a hit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down the truck for service, including preparing equipment and signage

  • Assist with food prep, cooking, and service as needed (training provided)

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the truck at all times

  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as necessary

  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation

  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand with professionalism and energy

  • Perform basic maintenance checks and coordinate service appointments when needed

  • Work with the team to meet daily goals and keep service running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required)

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends

  • Food service experience a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service

Food Preparation: Assist with prepping, assembling, and serving food according to restaurant standards

Cashier Duties: Take orders, process payments, and handle transactions accurately (if applicable)

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep workstations, dining areas, and restrooms clean and organized

Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Stock and Replenish: Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed

Follow Safety and Food Guidelines: Adhere to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
