    We’re looking for a Sous Chef who can help lead the kitchen, execute at a high level, and support a team that takes pride in what they do.

    This is not a passive role. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for execution, accountability, and maintaining standards every shift.

     

    • Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations and execution

    Key Responsibilities

    • Guest Service
      • Greet guests with a welcoming, positive attitude and provide knowledgeable menu guidance
      • Assist guests throughout their visit, ensuring satisfaction from entry to exit
    • Cashier & POS Operations
      • Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system
      • Handle cash and card transactions with attention to detail
    • Carryout & Delivery Coordination
      • Manage carryout and to-go orders, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and timely handoff
      • Safely and efficiently deliver orders to guests off-site while providing excellent hospitality
    • Dining Room Support
      • Float throughout the dining room to check on guests, run food, bus tables, and maintain cleanliness

    • Team Support & Events

    We’re hiring a BOH Supervisor / Lead Cook to help run the kitchen and lead shifts from the line.

    This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be working alongside the team while making sure execution, standards, and flow stay on point.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead and manage the kitchen during your shift

    • Work the line while setting the pace and standard for the team

    • Ensure food quality, consistency, and ticket times stay on track

    • Supervise and support BOH staff throughout service

    • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

    • Assist with training, coaching, and holding team members accountable

    • Help with prep, station setup, and daily kitchen operations

    • Communicate with FOH as needed to keep service running smoothly
