Assistant to the general manager

Responsibilites include:

• Management of all daily operations
• Management of staff
• Oversight of daily revenue and cost of goods.
• With Hourly and Tips, Supervisors average $20-$26 an hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer interaction
• Register maintenance
• Daily store maintenance
• Handling payments and receipts in store
• Curbside service 
• Tips average anywhere from $8-$15 an hour. 

Food preparation and assistance to Chef and Sous Chef, responsible for maintenance and food safety of assigned station. Mainly operating flat-top and fryers during service.

Assist Chef in menu planning and execution, inventory management, overseeing food preparation and general practice, and supervising kitchen staff.

SEASONAL; PART TIME PIT

Monday and Tuesday mornings from 5am to 1pm/or when finished with that days work. 

Experience a plus, but we can teach the right person. 

Evening shifts consisting of prepping and loading the smokers at night with pork and brisket. No experience necessary. Perfect for those interested in learning about Smoking meats. 

assisting kitchen staff in general food preparation and food safety. prep various ingredients for sides per chef direction. When open, prep cooks will assist in daily service line.
