What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations while building and leading a high-performing team. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

  • Driving sales and managing food, labor, and operating costs to meet company goals

  • Ensuring excellent guest service and handling guest concerns with professionalism

  • Overseeing food quality, presentation, and consistency according to brand standards

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment

  • Monitoring inventory, placing orders, and managing vendor relationships

  • Leading team meetings and promoting a positive, team-oriented culture

  • Collaborating with ownership on local store marketing and community involvement

 

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or fast-casual preferred)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team

  • Results-driven with proven success in managing budgets and achieving sales targets

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and team development

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
