What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations while building and leading a high-performing team. Responsibilities include:

Managing front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

Driving sales and managing food, labor, and operating costs to meet company goals

Ensuring excellent guest service and handling guest concerns with professionalism

Overseeing food quality, presentation, and consistency according to brand standards

Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment

Monitoring inventory, placing orders, and managing vendor relationships

Leading team meetings and promoting a positive, team-oriented culture

Collaborating with ownership on local store marketing and community involvement
Who You Are

3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or fast-casual preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team

Results-driven with proven success in managing budgets and achieving sales targets

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
