What You’ll Do

As a Cook, you’ll help bring recipes to life and keep our kitchen running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Preparing menu items to quality standards

  • Operating grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

  • Following portion, prep, and presentation standards for consistency

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation

  • Assisting with food prep, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed

  • Working closely with other cooks and the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and timely

  • Following food safety and health code regulations at all times

 

Who You Are

  • Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train motivated candidates

  • Passionate about food quality and guest satisfaction

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

  • Dependable, hardworking, and a strong communicator

  • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
