• Oversight of marketing, finance, special events, etc
• General responsibility for managing staff, revenue, cost of goods
• General daily operations.

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Clean service and seating areas
• working well with others and have good customer service stills 
• Taking customer orders

• Manager on duty when General Manager is not present.
• Oversees general operations, employee responsibilities, and customer interactions.
• Solve any problems that may occur during the shift
