What You'll Do:
• Mix, fill, and bake kolaches to meet daily production goals
• Prep ingredients and maintain quality control throughout your shift
• Work efficiently and independently during overnight hours
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe
• Learn and grow with hands-on training and support

What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for baking or working with food
• Strong attention to detail, timing, and measurements matter
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working overnight
• Ability to work 4–5 nights per week, including weekends
• Previous baking experience is a plus, but not required; we’ll train the right person

St. Louis Kolache is looking for a friendly, high-energy Bakery Team Member to join our front-of-house team.

This role is all about creating a great guest experience — from greeting customers and taking orders to keeping things moving during busy rushes. You’ll be the face of the bakery while helping keep operations smooth, organized, and upbeat.
