St. Louis Kolache is looking for a friendly, high-energy Bakery Team Member to join our front-of-house team.

This role is all about creating a great guest experience — from greeting customers and taking orders to keeping things moving during busy rushes. You’ll be the face of the bakery while helping keep operations smooth, organized, and upbeat.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, positive experience
• Take and process orders accurately while keeping the line moving
• Answer questions and help guests choose menu items
• Assist with packaging and preparing catering and large orders
• Keep the front counter, dining area, and workspace clean and organized
• Support the team during busy shifts by jumping in where needed
